Coronavirus Policy

- At this time we will only offer hair appointments. No walk-ins available.
- If you have a temperature or feel unwell please DO NOT come to the salon.
- If anyone in your household has tested positive for Coronavirus and is isolating please DO NOT attend the salon.
- Please do not be late or early to your appointment. Our waiting area will be closed.
- Please phone the salon from your car - 01249 813991 - upon your arrival to ensure your stylist is ready for you to enter the salon.
- We are unable to use our waiting area in the salon unless you are accompanying someone aged under 16.
- Please do not allow children to wander around the salon.
- As you enter the salon please use the hand sanitiser provided.
- Please help yourself to a face mask and gloves if you wish to use them.
- Please adhere to the social distancing rules marked out on our floor.
- If possible please do not bring coats or bags into the salon. If this is unavoidable, please hang them up on the hooks provided.
- We are not allowed to provide drinks or magazines for you. However you can bring in your own drink or magazines if you wish.
- Each stylist has their own workstation with all their own equipment. No equipment will be shared between work stations without being properly sanitised.
- Each work station will have their own cleaning products which will be used to sanitise the station and chair between each appointment.
- Our stylists will all be wearing PPE which includes a full face visor, gloves and aprons which will be changed between each appointment.
- Our customers will be offered a disposable gown for their appointment.
- We will do our utmost to ensure we style your hair from the back or side. Face-to-face contact will be kept to a minimum.
- Please pay using card if possible.
- Please follow the government guidance when either coughing or sneezing.
- Please be patient with us while we get used to these new regulations. Things may take longer than usual while we get used to these measures.
